Originally from Western Australia where she completed her undergraduate and post graduate physiotherapy education at Curtin University, Jane combines her work in the Hypermobility Unit at the Hospital of St John and St Elizabeth with her work at University College London within the Institute of Child Health. Jane is a specialist musculoskeletal and exercise rehabilitation physiotherapist with over 25 years of clinical experience.

As a committed educator and active researcher she regularly publishes research and clinical papers. Additionally Jane presents at conferences and contributes to CPD education and training in hypermobility and connective tissue disorders. She is also a medical advisor to Ehlers-Danlos Support UK and the Hypermobility Syndrome Patient Association (HMSA).

Clinical and research interests include hypermobility, connective tissue disorders, dysautonomia, gastrointestinal dysmotility, chronic pain and fatigue, osteoporosis, sports and performing arts injuries, functional rehabilitation and behaviour change.
